I come from a very pro-separation area (Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, working-class hood in Eastern Montreal) but I have grown into a non-separatist after spending several years working with "real" Canadians. I would vote "No" right now, but not without feeling like a bit of a traitor. Don't think I'll ever change my mind about it though.
Can't call myself a "red-blooded" Canadian to be honest - never been out West or even to the Maritimes. Ontario only, and only for business purposes.
I need to make a Canada-wide road trip at some point to get a feel for the country's vastness.Comment -

Thanks for the 2 awards. I certainly don't look like my avatar, if I did I think every dude at the Bash would have hit on me instead of teela. Next that football drink was a Bahama mama, 3/4 alcohol after the ice was in. Worked good as I rolled the dice shortly after for 40 odd minutes. I found it funny that you said you never saw me without a drink in my hand.... I"m sure there was a few times I didn't.

I hit vegas hard, I was there Wednesday to Wednesday. Not to take away from anything but the bash should last longer. Didn't drink, gamble socialize enough with everyone. But SBR once again did a bang up job and it's appreciated. I was fortunate enough not to be a drunken causality and make the dinner on Saturday unlike last year.Comment -
