I played hoop at a very high level in my early 20's, beach volleyball and tennis as well.

If I would have just concentrated on any one sport there would have been a good chance I would have gone pro in any of them. I was 6'7" 215 pounds maybe back then and very athletic in my 20's for a white boy. I had hops. Could easily reverse dunk, etc.

I have regrets. Honest truth. Never lived up to my full potential in sports.

In my mid 30's I put on muscle weight and got into MMA a bit and what not. Was to busy trying to make money and gave up MMA training as well. I didn't like getting hit in the face all that much or wrenching my neck grappling. It all pissed me off.

Retired today and paid. End of story.

Absolutely not, the average age in Vietnam is 35 years old. It is a different time and different era. They are very proud of the war. My x girlfriends grandfather was in the war and I talk to him all the time , him and his friends. They love America and they love the American culture. They just don't understand why we were even there. There are tons of Americans and foreigners all over Vietnam, it is the safest place I have ever been. There are war museums all over the place. I am somewhat of a novelty because most foreigners don't even attempt or quiet after a while learning Vietnamese, I stuck with it and I converse with the locals and I love to talk about the war with them. I have some really cool footage, I will post pictures if you are interested. There is no animosity at all. There is a whole culture there that wears American military uniforms etc etc... I will post those.
