Yes, the games are stressful. I don't indulge in any substances to calm so many days I just root for the book to win and that works to fill the void. I get my fix that way sometimes. Look at our positions and root for profits. It's a conflict at times, but I enjoy. Honestly, I am a very anxious person. I have no idea how to relax.
