You're missing the point. It's not about the rises in bad numbers over the past 3-4 weeks that a 2nd grade could "track"

It's understanding we have data that is predictive and been borne out for the past 4 months. As hospitalizations and positivity rates go, the deaths follow in 10-14 days.

Those numbers are going down in the Sunbelt already. August will be good news for AZ and Fl, we might even see deaths go down in those states at some point this week.
