Some friends of mine came into town on Friday and we all went to a baseball game and had a suite and shit with open bar. Had a great night and we then decided to go to some bars by my house so we could just take a cheap cab back... I got hungry at like 3am and went and grabbed a piece of pizza next door to the bar we were at. I am walking back with my pizza and 2 punk ass fukks walk by and hi my pizza up from underneath the paper plate and it hits my shirt cheese fukking everywhere and then lands on the ground.
I wasnt even that pissed at this point because I was in a great mood and we were all being idiots but I looked at the one who hit my pizza and said "Whats your deal bro" he doesnt even say anything and grabs me by my throat, I am thinking I am about to get robbed or something so I freak the fukk out and grab the dude by his nuts with my left hand and with my right hand I start tomahawking his arm so I can fukking breathe. He lets go I turn around and hit his boy with an uppercut to the jaw and he drops in one punch. I turn to the faggot who was choking me and he was kind of keeled over and I tackled him and just started fukking him up. About 1-2 minutes into it a cop rolls up.
I got bruises on my neck, pizza cheese all over me and my hands are covered in cuts and shit. I tell the cop what happened and he asks if Im ok and I said yeah Im good. He says "Ok get out of here..." I start walking home, not wanting to go back into the bar all fukked up.. About 2-3 minutes later the same cop rolls up and throws me on the car and handcuffs me. I am like WTF man I didnt do anything!!! He said you are being charged with assault with a deadly weapon. I am like what fukking weapon!!! Search me I dont have a weapon!!! The kid that I hit with the uppercut had his 2 front teeth knocked out and his lip went through his teeth. Apparently he was pissed when the cop told him he let me go that he TOLD the cop I hit him with a stick!!! Keep in mind we are in a parking lot of a mall there arent any fukking sticks!!!!
So I was charged with a felony and had a felony hearing which my lawyer, who is a close friend of mine and ex-professor, got the charges immediately reduced to a misdemeanor and I was immediately released. I have to go back to court in 2 weeks and my lawyer has already spoke to the DA and she agreed to a 6 month ACD because I dont have a record or anything besides a DWAI a few years ago...
