I am not aware of any no-pays or slow pays in a long time.

And out of 5 or 6 problems posted on here in the last 2 or 3 months, all but one have been quickly resolved in the players favor. And the other was a justified penalty.

Helping out this guy as they did in the end was even going above and beyond fair/reasonable this time too.

Personally, I'd probably give them a another rating rise now, based on how much smoother things seem to be running compared to a year or two ago when they first went solo.
