I assume the account owner told him a story about why the winnings would be stuck in the bonus account until after the 2020 world series is decided.

And Hurry must have thought trying to shame BetDSI into overlooking the rules and cancelling the two small future bets he was told about was a good tactic.


If that was actually the case, (for anyone else reading) just send in a complaint form or PM me and ask if SBR can help. If you are a good customer for them and it's a reasonable request sometimes SBR can get you some goodwill extended. As we get to ask someone who can decide, and who trusts that SBR are not going to be asking for anything unreasonable.


Right now, neither of them have answered my messages.

I am starting to become suspicious that the complainant is actually the genuine person, as they made similar silly allegations as Hurry has here, and even if they are a slow type, surely they know BetDSI would just explain the truth once we asked for them...

Could be a case of people working together and one is lying to the other, who is now trying to trick SBR into giving them personal info about the account or something like that.

Or might not be.

You claim it is that $100 bet and another on a Dem nominee preventing the transfer of bonus funds.

You claim you asked them to grade these bets as losers now to free up the bonus balance.

Neither claim is true. And doing that would not have changed the situation anyway.


Until I can be sure if KingKolzig, or the real account owner, actually submitted the complaint form you won't be given any more information than that.

Whether you are trying to pull some sort of scam here is really the main question left.

Nothing makes sense, from going ballistic from post #1 in this thread, like someone who knew from the start there was no chance of getting what they wanted, to your PM trying to tell me BetDSI had caved in and transferred your bonus money so delete the thread. Even the request to delete the thread from a long time member is strange.
