Hurry was trying to help out a banned poster, as he thought we would not accept a complaint from them.
But this thread was a bad idea.
1) We need approval of the account owner for the book to discuss private details.
2) When it is not your money, you are far more likely to make an angry attacking thread like this than if it is your money and you care about getting it as the #1 priority.
3) It's much much more difficult to go to a book and ask for goodwill when there is a thread trashing them this hard in play. And goodwill is the ONLY solution here, apart from waiting 5 months, as these are the rules of the bonus.
4) Who knows what else this player has said or done at DSI? Not even Hurry.
Bottom line is, don't do this, it almost never works out when anyone tries to argue a complaint like it is their own when it isnt.
The affected party has submitted a complaint form, I'll still ask a DSI manger to take a look at it, but I won't be asking them to ignore their rule.
