Will Hill in Iowa doesn't always have the same line as Will Hill. Not 100% sure but it was a combo of the normal WH along with the WH used in Mississippi. It seemed to have one or the other.

yes. I was at the Isle Casino with DB open. The Isle Casino WH lines matched either Vegas WH or MS WH. I didn't see one line outside of those two. It could be small sample size results but I matched up all the baseball ML's and totals for Friday.

Rhythm doesn't even look like they have a sportsbook. They had two ticket writers standing in front of a high table. Similar to when you see a hostess at the entrance to a restaurant. There is one spot to see lines that had 7 baseball games and 7 football games that you could see at once that changed to other games after about 5 seconds. It hangs from the ceiling and reminds me of being in a airport looking for arrival and departure times.

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KWWL) — Sports betting is now legal in Iowa and Dubuque’s two casinos are preparing to offer sports wagering in their facilities.
The Q Casino has been renovating their sports bar to accommodate more customers coming in to gamble on sports. The added space will include their own sports book called Q Sportsbook.
The casino will have a dozen automated sports wagering kiosks on their casino floor, eight of them will be right outside the sports bar area.
General Manager of the Q Casino, Brian Rakestraw says they want to have everything up and running before college football and NFL season start. They will have sports betting available in their facility on August 22nd pending approval from the state.
Rakestraw says they will also have a phone app customers can place bets on within the facility. He says this will be available in the coming months.
The Diamond Jo will also have sports betting available on their casino floor in the coming months.

South Point sportsbook was packed wall to wall yesterday, at times there were four lines five deep with bettors.

Just tallied up my sheet here in the office and yesterday made wagers at 29 different OUTS between offshore, usa, credit, pph's…………and none of those were placed in Iowa yesterday, where in a few weeks will have availability to at least 4 outs there and hopefully ALL within a month or two.

Went to Prairie Meadows in Des Moines area last Thursday, tons of people there. Got signed up with William Hill mobile & rewards card. No app yet which pisses me off as they lied on one of their websites. Oh it will be ready in a couple days where they will give me a call so probably 2 weeks. Sticking with YouWager/Heritage on top of local for now. Place large bets locally is the game plan.
