Cueto doesn't have the best numbers against the Padres, but his 8-0 record and 1.36 ERA in 10 daytime starts is hard to ignore
He's also allowed just two HRs in 60.1 innings at this launching pad of a stadium

Day/Night splits are totally meaningless, you can chalk shit like that up to variance. The fact that Cueto has pitched so well at GABP is a very valid point though.
