As much as I am inclined to pile on, I really think there is some kind of language/understanding barrier here.

You had no chance of getting a payout from wagermall ever.

CRIS had no agreement or whatever you call it with Betonsports. CRIS just decided to give all non-US Betonsports members a chance of recovering their money, and you should be extremely grateful for that.

CRIS has absolutely no obligation whatsoever to give you the money you lost when Betonsports closed. What would you do if CRIS hadn't decided to bail you out? Then you would never have received a single cent.

The dude just doesn't understand what happened. No one could be this ungrateful under these circumstances.

According to BOS they reached agreement with Cris for them to take over the noe US accounts.

A definitive answer to this would be useful as BOS are still likely to pay out a small % on the $

I was one of the BoS customers who got bailed out by BetCRIS. I have a lot of sympathy for US customers and sincerely hope that you get at least some of your money back. I think that there should be more publicity about BoS and how they STOLE their customers' money. Especially when you think that some of the directors at BoS were high-profile figures, such as Lord Glentoran. I'm amazed that there's been so little coverage of this story in the UK.
