    Crisis with BetCris.com
    Hi,

If anyone has a problem with Betcris.com?

My account was transferred from wager-mall.com, which was part of betonsports.com, to Betcris.com about two months ago. I played some bets there before requesting for a payout of my balance of about $1700.

They told me I need to complete x10 rollower with them before I can take the money out?

To me, it is very ridiculous as I did complete this condition (only x5 times) with wager-mall.com long time ago before they had problem and transferred my account to betcris.com

I need advice from all of you? What should I do to get my money back?

    I appreciate your kind help.

    Thanks

A condition of the transfer of accounts was a 10x rollover, what you did with wager-mall is irrelevant. It's a big r/o but alot better than no money at all.

      Hi Peter,

BetCRIS offered to bailout the non-US players stuck in the BOS family of books. US players have been hoping BOS is somehow forced to initiate a payment plan for about 5 months. This is probably your only chance at recovering your Wagermall funds.

        Hi,

Therefore, I cannot do anything with Betcris, but to accept the condition of x10 rollover? Can I withdraw my money by giving some commission by pretenting that they offered me a bonus?

No other authority can help with that?

Many thanks for your prompt response.

Well, on the plus side, you should earn points while completing the rollover.

That should get you some freeplays, which could ease the pain a little.

Unfortunately it looks like there is nothing you can do. I realize it must be frustrating if you just looked for your balance and realized you had a new roll-over.

My advice is to consider your Wager-Mall balance stolen and look at this as a free money offer from CRIS with conditions.

I wish I could have my BOS balance at CRIS with a 10x roll. C'mon CRIS buy out BOS US!

Peter I dont bash posters, but man you are making it tough for me bro. Let me get this straight? You are complaining about being BAILED out by a kick ass book? Of course you have to give them some action(10x rollover) Why else would they bail you out?....Just to be friendly? You need to count your lucky stars that you got ANY money. To come in here and complain about your rollover on your bailout is like spitting in the face to many of us here who have BEEN STUCK and would give a testy to have a shot at that money back..........hell with a fucking 100x rollover. Like I said bro this is a touchy subject and please be greatful for what Cris did for ya.

                  Peter,

If I was bailed out of sportsbook that disappeared or didn't pay you should thank them by giving them as much action as possible. 10X is nothing compared to the favor they offered you. I mean geez would you rather have nothing, be THANKFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

I gotta agree with hanco on this one Peter.

I've worked with a quite a few posters trying to acquire bailout for them in the past, and they are very hard to come by. Most of the ones I find for them have a 20x's rollover requirement, so you really should be happy with only getting a 10x's rollover. Especially from such a top notch book like Cris too I might add.

Complaining about CRIS in this case is kind of like having someone come to your rescue when you are being mugged - and then complaining because they don't pay for the dry-cleaning on your suit.

Kudos to CRIS for doing their part with their bailout of those players impacted by the BoS fiasco. Nevertheless, it serves no purpose to overstate the value of CRIS's actual largesse.

Remember that CRIS now counts the lower of risk and win quantities (see http://forum.sbrforum.com/players-ta...uirements.html). As such, a 10x rollover for a player betting at -110 is really the equivalent of an 11x rollover (110/100 x 10 = 11) calculated on dollars wagered. For an unadvantaged player making relatively small bets this corresponds to an expected loss of 50% of the bailout quantity (11 x -4.<span style=" text-decoration: overline;">54</span>% = -50%).

In other words, in terms of expected value, CRIS is paying out 50¢ on the dollar. Certainly this is not a bad outcome for players and obviously <span title="assuming linear preferences, blah, blah, blah">infinitely better than not receiving anything, but to be fair it's only half as favorable as receiving full payment of all funds due</span>.

So if I personally had been affected by this whole BoS mess I'd certainly be extremely grateful to CRIS for effectively having returned me half the money I was owed. But that doesn't mean I'd be completely satisfied with the result. While a half is more than nothing, it's still less than a whole and as such even after the CRIS bailout I'd still be out there trying to reclaim the remainder of the funds I was due.

                            Well said.

I guess the key is to be with books that get bought out by Bodog. 10% bonus on the transfer and a 1x WR It was a sad week when I lost Bowman's and WWTS, but that softened the blow.

                                    Hi all,

I realise lots of people here are working for sportbooks. So information is not absolutely correct, genuine and valid! The people who have just come to this forum might have been in the industry quite a while.

I agreed with some comments here. But to me, Betcrisis is trying to steel money from the victims who are the current victims of Betcrisis.

                                    Thanks for all comments.

I'm sure if you write to CRIS and tell them that you feel this way, they will stop stealing your money by fixing you right up and taking the money out of your account. Or you could just bet it all on Notre Dame tonight and after they lose, your account will be at $0 and CRIS won't be able to steal anything else from you.

(btw, in case you're not getting the sarcasm, the ORIGINAL BOOK stole your money. CRIS is doing you a favour. There really is no grey area here, and you are wrong.)

                                          Hi all,

I think betcris.com is one of the best sportbooks in the gaming industry (A+ in sportbooksreview). To me it is very reliable. What ever condition they agreed with betonsports.com is their right, customers have to accept it or to loose all money!

However, what I have been impressed in here is lots and lots of bullshits and disgusting comments from such self-called exp. gamblers in this world.

                                          Best luck for every one!

                                          Cheers

If you don't want CRIS to "steal" your money. Don't play with them and try to collect your money from Wagermall. Then you will see what stealing really is. Isn't the best bailout in the world, but ANYTHING they give you is a gift. Bill's view that you should view the money stolen, but just view this as a free shot is dead on.

Romannym / PeterUK ... let's try to focus on a single opinion here. I hope that "both" of you understand that, without the BetCRIS bailout, you would have nothing. However, you have at least been given an opportunity to recover some or all of your funds. Romannym, lean over and tell PeterUK what you just told the rest of us about BetCRIS and remind him that it was a different sportsbook that is "trying to steal money" from him. We'll worry about the identical IP addresses later.

I agreed with some comments here. But to me, Betcrisis is trying to steel money from the victims who are the current victims of Betcrisis.

But it kills me how ungrateful you are????????

Betcris wants your business, they want you to come back so they did you a huge favor. If you can't see what they are doing for you maybe you shouldn't gamble.

This is crazy. I was lucky enough to get the CRIS bailout from my MVP account and they gave me a choice of what package I wanted. I also chose the no-deposit, 10x rollover deal.

Peter must have had the same choice. So he is complaining about a book's huge generosity and also his own choice.

I think you are thinking too much. CRIS credited me with the $8,000 I had in my MVP account. To me, that was like getting $8,000, not half. I played through the rollovers and withdrew some and left some there. PLUS I was getting loyalty points the whole time which earned me a thousand dollar freeplay.

Major props to CRIS for what they did.

                                                                Peter,

do you know what this situation is all about???

You had no chance of getting a payout from wagermall ever.

CRIS had no agreement or whatever you call it with Betonsports. CRIS just decided to give all non-US Betonsports members a chance of recovering their money, and you should be extremely grateful for that.

CRIS has absolutely no obligation whatsoever to give you the money you lost when Betonsports closed. What would you do if CRIS hadn't decided to bail you out? Then you would never have received a single cent.

Your last place killed you, now you have a chance at something and you get to play at CRIS for a while to realize what an upgrade they are. Any real player is going to bet 10x the deposit amount anyhow. You have bowl games, nfl playoffs, nba, ncaa hoops and nhl. Hard to believe you can't find anything to bet.

I've seen you mention that many people posting are from books and I disagree, This forum is decidely in favor of the players, not the books. And while I on the other side of the counter I am always willing to admit when the book was at fault. I have no sympathy here. Good luck to you sir.
