Wow you make some good posts! I just don't play that way. Once again, it is not a bad way to play a 30 person tourney, AS LONG as you are fine with risking your whole tournament on a 40-60 or 30-70% underdog shot if you get called!

Why in the hell would you risk your whole tournament life FOUR different times by going all in with marginal hands JUST so you hope you steal the blinds and nothing else?! That is WAAY too much risk for too little reward!
And If anybody had a hand ANY of those 4 times, then like you said, you are down to having to hit a big lucky ass 30% donk or you are out of the whole tournament and you knew you didn't even have a good hand!

To your credit of playing that style, I swear I think I folded AJ or AQ 5 times or more to all in bets during that final tournament! So you would have succeeded in stealing my blinds with that type of play!

Hell, I folded AK suited one time to an all in, simply because I didn't want to "gamble" my whole damn tournament life on a 50-50 shot at that early point in the tournament!

I folded with an Ace in my hand several times to all in bets at the final table.

Hell I even folded 10 10 in the hole one time at the final table to an all-in!

Just because I wasn't ready to risk going out yet! At least not on no damn 50-50 or worse coin flip hand!

And then finally when I got low on chips and I HAD to start thinking about going all in when I got a good hand, some goof-ball would call with less, and my better hand would stand up and not get donked!

To me that's what got me there. Was trying as hard as I could to wait for flops and boards to have me way ahead before I bet, and not "gamble" on 50-50 coin flips just because I got dealt AQ or AK.

That is waay more consistent than "wildly gambling" on coin flips and having to win EVERY one of them or you go out of the tourney! That's why I talk about "donks" on here so much! LOL Because they way I play poker, if I don't get donked out by some wild ass luck donk, then I will make the final table 90% of the damn time! Not bragging, just fact!

And it worked for me! All the way up until my hole AA got donked out by 99 with a board of 6 5 8 Q 7.

Not sure my sports bet sizes are relevant to my likelihood of jamming with all my draws. That being said, I'm quite certain that I'm one of the few/only players to understand how to play and execute a GTO style of play on this forum.

That style of play got you (& the others who used it) a LOT of points during the first 2 months, but it just didn't work at the end against 30 other good players. I was really pulling for you! But we all know that "wildly gambling" on all-ins with an Ace or 2 high cards and "hoping" you win ALL 10 times in one tournament when you are a 40 60 underdog or worse almost every time, isn't going to keep happening!
Sometimes you donked the bullshit in 10 times in one tournament, and you would win it!
Other times, it wouldn't work and you'd go out in last place, or 28th or something!

I have a LOT more confidence in my poker abilities than simply trying to "steal" a bunch of blinds with wild raises, or leaving it up to trying to donk an all-in 10 times in one tournament when I have only give myself a 40 60% or worse shot at winning the hand each time!
It puts WAAY to much emphasis on "donk luck" and waay to little emphasis on skill.

That is quite simply the easiest way to explain why I'd never play that way.

The odds will catch up with you in the end and you'll be the losing hare against the tortoise!

Yup, that's how being good at poker works; you don't always beat worse players, but you tend to do so in the long run. Seems angry at a response to his post, and/or to not have expected a reply despite asking for one. Seems offended by an organized response that's easier to read instead of the long, incoherent ranting style he employs. Accusations made don't match up with actual text in response, casting further doubt on average intelligence let alone anything beyond that. Seems to be running out of original material, and possibly another one-hit wonder.

Overall rating: 2.5 stars, mainly for effort. (Grading scale shifted from letter grades to gold stars, as that's the grading scale he's probably more familiar with from high school).
