Did anyone else get their Phil Mickelson wager cancelled from 5Dimes like me?

Doesn't matter what time it is "timestamped". If that is the case, then they have the option to get out of their liabilities anytime they want by pulling a stunt... they knew Phil was gonna win just like Mayweather was gonna knockout Mcgregor in Round 9. May have seemed like high drama and outcome was unknown but trust me they knew Phil was gonna win the match and also what round Mayweather would KO Mcregor (and in what round). To open the 2002 CFB season Wisconsin played at UNLV and heavy action was on the Badgers. With 7:41 remaining in the game, and the Badgers ahead 27-7 as 7 point favorites (opened at 3), the lights in the stadium mysteriously went out, 2:41 away from the game being official. All wagers were void. Everybody was on Wisconsin. This may be worse if this is not reversed. Even if they reverse it, anyone who wagered on Phil and got stressed because of lack of prompt action should NOT wager there IMO out of principle. Dickheads

totally wrong and silly decision, nobody making a bet on phil or tiger to win the match thought they would be graded a push

if this was a vegas book refusing to pay out on mickelson wagers, it would be all over sportscenter/bleacher report/etc

Well people are saying BOL and 5d had the same rules posted and ruled differently.

Both my Tiger and Phil in game wagers were returned with funds in the account before the match ended. I was donking in the casino and all of a sudden I saw that I had several thousand more than i did before my last hand. Checked hand history to see if i won a jackpot and i didn't. At that point I checked pending wagers and noticed my in game on the golf were gone and they showed as "cancelled" in the graded tab. This occurred right around the time they were teeing off on hole 21.

Several thousand translation my account went from $27.45 to $31.99

What's up RM? Hope everything is well. Had 2 separate wagers.... 1 with 5D and 1 with BetOnline. The BetOnline wager was paid. 5D's wager wasn't. Just like you said... they have the exact same rules... but 2 exact wagers graded differently.



Here's what 5Dimes told me.... straight from my email.

They told me... my wager wasn't valid because I should of selected "extra holes" wager? I said... where was the extra holes wager at? There wasn't a line for that. They keep indicating there was. I said... I clicked PGA menu like normal.... I scanned the entire page... there was only one wager for Tiger Woods VS Phil Mickelson.... It was Woods -200 and Mickelson +170. Where was this "other" extra holes line at??

When I wagered 48 hours before the match started... there wasn't an "extra holes" line.

Just had a 45 minute conversation with live chat person obviously didn’t get anywhere other than managements decision is final and no changes are coming

Closed my account immidiatley after that conversation ... from MA made a game time decision I’m on my way to borgata to bet these games live sick of being taken advantage of (other than the price of my borgata room tonight)

I’m done complaining about it they stole money from me and only course of action that will come from this is me never playing there again
