Just because he hasnt been confirmed by anyone outside TMZ does not means hes alive. He's almost surely dead, but the major networks arent going to report it till its 110%. He's gone, and love him or hate him he was a hell of a performer. RIP.

There's a British website for sick jokes. Often the database goes down and it shows the number of people waiting for it to come back up. Usually it's a couple of hundred. It has been steadily rising in the past hour and it is sitting at nearly 7,000.

There's a difference, I believe, in rejoicing about someone's death and making jokes about them, especially when it's a bizzare celebrity such as Michael Jackson. I think even the most heartless, cold bastards like we have on this board still have at least some tinge of sympathy for his family. If I dropped dead tomorrow, I would expect this board, my friends off the board, even my family, to make some joke about me while I was alive. I would be disappointed if someone didn't. And yes, some are going to say, "I hate that fat sumbitch, good riddance," while others moan, "I'll miss that fat sumbitch, farewell my friend." And one of my sis-in-laws will lean over to my wife during the service and remark, "Think of all the snoreless nights now." Trust me, I have this all planned out
