For those staying an extra night (ie Thursday), do we need to book on or own or through SBR? I’d prefer not have change rooms if possible (although it’s not the end of the world). Just need to know what to do. Thanks!

If you put down the extra days when you signed up then you should be good, and don't need to book them on your own.

I didn't put down the extra days when I registered, didn't know at the time that we wanted to fly out a couple days early ( Wen/Thurs) ??? I did included a note with this change when I sent my Airline Details. But didn't hear back, I was gonna shoot you a email if I didn't hear back from SBR by this Friday. I would like to get the Discount/SBR Rate on my room for those 2 days if possible???

I got an email offer from the GN for $49 a night (assuming this is midweek) with the resort fee waved. No clue how this compares to SBR’s group rate but the code is EB6618.


Most places can link up multiple reservations if you alert them before checkout. Call and ask the front desk they should know if they can or can’t.

Just make sure you reserve the same tower as SBR is putting us in. I’m assuming the $49 rate is for the Carson Tower, which is probably the tower SBR has us booked in. Except for Opie who will be in his Rush Tower Suite

Coach you should really speak to Walker about how he keeps handing out his limited top-tier promos to the penny pitching forum elitists...

One year there was a forumville 1%er with a roll of cash (he was seen a couple times on the $25 reels in the high limit room at four AM continuously watching over his shoulder...) who actually took a bash room just to see a free concert on Fremont street by some no name boy band he worshiped as a child. Most of the bash he was invisible except for when there was free food and he would grab three or four plates, bulge out his pockets with SBR’s free boardwalk sea taffy, mumble something about he flew to Vegas first class with his millions of American reward miles and quickly ran off.

Some posters were speculating that he might have had a beef with another poster and was too scared to stick around after quickly gobbling up all the freebies. JJ did you ever meet King Mayan? He was a big, solid, tough dude who never took shit from anyone (forum or real life) and he was there that year so a very strong chance it could have been him...

Anyhow Coach if a guy can charter planes to chase Survivor all over the country struggling on the C circuit of bowling alleys, truck stop openings, bar mitzvahs, and county fairs does he really need SBR to pay for his $80 dollar a night hotel room?
