I've been playing with the Greek for a few years now and never had a problem. Baseball came around and I looked around and decided to give 5 Dimes some action. I've been playing with them for about a week, Today I called in and placed a wager on the NCAA Baseball Tournament. I placed a small wager and when I say small I'm talking $50 on the game total going over 12 NC and Southern Miss, When I checked my account there is no play recorded, I called and talked to the Manager on duty (Victor) Victor told me... get this... due to the fact I called in from my cell phone that they cant track the wager, I gave him the exact time and asked him to listen to the recordings.... He said there are no recordings and that there was nothing he could do. I told him that I would post this on the board he replied He didn't give a F_ _ _ what I did. Nice customer service I'm cashing out and getting away from these crooks. Glad the play wasn't a big one.

5Dimes pays fast (moneybookers in minutes) and offers more props and wagers than most places, they are a must have for me.

I've never had any problems with them.

My thoughts as well 50 bucks isn't much its the fact I won they didn't pay. how can I comfortably play 500 on a game and know for sure I'm going to get paid. In the world of Off Shore Wagering Trust and dependability is a must. A side note I didn't cuss or raise hell the manager did and thats makes me almost as mad as them stealing the play.

Bill D. call these guys and and find out whats going on with this. I hate to leave but I need some assurance this wont happen again and Victor needs to be called in on the carpet for the way he handled this. The solution is post your plays on the net but I cant always get to the net when I want to get one in.

I've got a parlay pending Arizona State and over 9 1/2 (looks like a winner ) after that hits I'm outa there unless someone from SBR gets involved. This is a recomended book and its scary that they dont tape phone wagers. And their opinion of SBR isn't very good either.

5 dimes is my top book, 12 hour payouts, best over night lines with reduced juice. theyve paid me 10+ times all in under 12 hours

Cell Phone ? Ask them I have no idea

Why call in a 50 dollar bet ? To win 50 Dollars

Account prior to game ? Had I had a computer I wouldn't have called them in the 1st place

I'm assuming you checked your account again after the game settled?

If you called, placed a wager, heard the readback and confirmation, there would be a record of that somewhere. Please submit a complaint form if you haven't already.

Yeah, it doesn't sound like 5Dimes to me either, and I've been with them happily for many years. If he told me that the phone wagering rep calling him names or was otherwise rude, uncouth and abrasive, I would simply nod and say "Join the club." It sounds like you did what I've done many times, called in a wager, got the readback and confirmation just like a stock/commodities trade, and gone about your business. This talk of not having a record of the call because it was from a cell phone just doesn't sound right to me. Do you have any sort of e-mail correspondence that you can share with us? I've often found I got much better results from 5Dimes when I took the time to write out my issue in detail and give them the time to work towards a resolution without listening to their mediocre hold music.
