i agree here but like I said same circumstance anyone else 2 years in Penn. Min. In states like mine more like 10 most likely. This is why i will never ever drive after even a drop again. Most DUI accidents and deaths would have happened just the same if the person was sober I mean .20 and above is one thing because you are shitfaced but .08-.19 range especially below .15 you are not seriously innebreated yet if something happens your the one in deep shit. i have learned the hard way it is just not worth it.

BINGO, you said it exactly right, they blame the one drinking ALWAYS, if I was your friend and he was over .08 I 'd suggest coping a plea or having a judge trial over a jury trial, jury trials never end well for DUI motorists

Animal Cruelty is no joke over here.

Also, Vick knew what he was doing for along time. Stallworth just happened to wake in the morning still drunk, drive home, and hit someone.

It would be worse if he done it the night he was drinking.

They are dangerous, when they are trained to be dangerous. They are really innocent and nice dogs.

Do you know what you are talking about, at all?

I saw it mentioned earlier in this thread...I am by no means defending stallworth because i think what he did was horrible but there is a lot to this story. Evidently was the guy that was walking across the dark street not only jay walking but stallworth also warned him by flashing his lights before proceeding. The guy still didn't make an attempt to get out of the way...

paco i have to say i agree with you. i was attacked by a dog when i was 4 years old and i still have the scars on my leg. fortunately a nice man saved my life. dogs serve no purpose except shitting all over public places and barking non stop. vick is an idiot for taking the law into his own hands but what he did pales in comparison to what donte(white guy right) did. in the rest of the world Vick would have been treated like a king but in our great western civilization he is being put under the bus. Did you know that i step on ants maybe they will lock me up for being so insensitive. dogs are a mans best friend and worst enemy.

That's right. No doubt there are people in jail for fifteen years for the exact same thing that Stalworth did.

I'm all for light sentences, but 30 days?! Whoa... What does it matter that he paid the family money? That has nothing to do with the law.
