Vick's acts were pre-meditated. Stallworth's wasn't. Altho I think the public outcry about drinking and driving should be more. Especially when drinking and driving is equivalent to walking into a club with a loaded weapon......and shooting yourself in the leg!

In addition to the 30 days, he's also serving two years house arrest, eight years probation, and lost his driving privileges for life. He also forked over at least $1,000,000 to the victims family, undetermined amount of future earnings, and has to live with what happened the rest of his life.
All in all, I don't really think it's fair to say he got off "easy", and let's not forget the victim played a part in this by carelessly walking across a street where there wasn't a crosswalk.Comment -

Right, but I think by allowing this plea deal to go through the prosecution is basically conceding that it was not Stallworth's impairment that caused this accident. I.e. Stallworth admitted he had been drinking he wasnt caught at the scene and according to a report he was barely over the limit around a 1.1 or something. Not only did Vick allow dogs to kill each other he slaughter all the rest that got injuried. Both of them are terrible but I would say vicks is worseComment -
