Unbelievable. CNN hasn't said it, but the congressman who was interviewed said twice that the killer was Sam Hyde. The CNN anchor basically acting like he never said it.

I HAVE definitely shot into packs of coyotes with both ar-15's and mini-14's, both with 20 round clips....

i could post trail cam photos from just last week of a pack of wild dogs and another pack of coyotes that are harassing the deer nearly non stop...

you'll see a deer or two at 3:53 am, then see them flash out and then coy dogs in the next frame at 3:54....

a high round clip and rapid fire semi auto action will help gun down the entire packs.... tho I have to admit i've gunned down packs of five coyotes a handful of times with a standard semi automatic bar in .308 caliber, and my seven mag with 4 round capacity (first shot I made sure I lined up two of the carnivorous kahksuckers, for a "twofer").....

I have always opposed anything that would hinder a law abiding, mentally stable person from owning a HANDGUN. That is what is needed to defend one's self. I don't think anyone needs more than that. It won't matter because it is a people problem more than a gun problem, but high capacity weapons should be regulated much stricter.

I took a shooting class years ago and the instructor believed the best weapon for home defense is a short barrel shotgun. You don't have to be a good shot considering you're probably very nervous/scared and it won't penetrate walls and harm unintended targets.

Here in California most people want to ban all guns.. Trust me.. I just want to ban the real lethal ones.. They're just too lethal like in this instance.. You have no chance to fight back when someone starts unloading in a church like this..

You can't charge a guy firing an AK-47 in your direction... You can only hit the ground and wait to take the bullets... That I don't like.. With a hand gun you might have a chance to run or charge..
