Seriously, where do you get your scoreboard feeds?

Since it is a free service it should not piss anyone off when there is a mistake here and there, but SBR pushes sbrlines like crazy and feeds it to us with a spoon on a daily basis.
--So it should at least be on the same level as professional line services.

state changed to started and currently receiving scores, as at some point in the line it was sent to us as suspended by one of our scores provider, on the bright side, lines admin interface is on Quality Assurance process, finishing this stage will be up and linked directly to SBRlines live version, making us capable of administer the site content as pleased by the help desk.

You guys changed from Stat Fox to whoever you have now, and instead of getting better, it has gone way downhill.
As for it being free, if you are going to offer something, it shouldnt work half assed. I would rather pay $100 a month for an ace hooker, than get one for free with a missing leg.

You really should try to fvck a hooker with a missing leg. Since the leg is missing you are able to put the bitch in many more positions and dont have to worry about some leg flappen in the wind.

An ace hooker wouldn't be $100 a month

Although I will admit I did get a little chuckle, English is probably not his first language and its kind of fuked up to make fun of him for it. I would suggest a spell checker or running your posts by a supervisor before posting.

Say whatever you like about me but talk shit about one of my employees again and we're going to have some problems.
Richard is not tech support but rather has one job and one job only here at SBR. He works our help desk (along with IvanC) acting as your advocate with our tech staff with his sole responsibility being to see it to it that customers' problems are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Although don't forget ... he can't fix your problems if you don't take the time to tell him what they are.
I'd further suggest that before any of you criticize his spelling, grammar, or diction you make damn sure that yours are first up to snuff.

Exactly Ganchrow! Block his ass! What annoys me more is whining Yankee and Red Sox fans! Especially with those ***k up accents! They should exile both groups to some deserted island and let them fight it out! That, or send them to French Canada! Or is that a new country now?

I have talked many times with "Live Help". In fact I was just there the other day about pitching change. It was like an hour before the game started and the pitching change had yet to be corrected. I talked with Ivan and he said stats.com was not sending the update. He had to change it manually(which he did right away) but still, it was off for many hours and he said he didnt find it because he was busy with other stuff. Check the chat records.

Lets act professional here. I am a poster giving you my feedback on the line service you provide. I am sorry that you disagree with that feedback. On the other hand, what I have said is true. Since you have switched to stats.com, the line service has gone way downhill. As you can tell, I am not the only one to have this opinion. There has also been countless other threads made about this same issue. If it was to get fixed, there wouldnt be threads made like this. Everytime there is a problem, a tech comes and says "Its not getting sent to us correctly". Thats all good the first couple of times, but now the same problems are still occuring and the same answers are still being given. When is it going to get fixed!!??!!??!

So you brought a specific issue to their attention and they promptly fixed it. Sounds like they performed admirably.

The only feedback you've given is that "SBRLines is horrible" and that Richard "use a spellchecker". Hardly constructive.
We've been using Stats.com for over 2 years now. We switched from StatFox to Chalk a few months back. Neither StatFox nor Chalk has anything whatsoever to do with either live odds or statistics.
If Stats.com send us incorrect data (as occurs frequently) all we can do is inform them of this fact and change the data manually. If you see a problem let the Help Desk know.
If you still believe SBRLines horrible then my offer still stands. Just let me know.
