    I just finished my 4th set. 40 down, 60 to go. I'm feeling the burn. I had a couple crackles in my left elbow, so I stopped halfway through the set, but I finished it out. I'm getting sore, fatigued, etc. I'm not sure if I can do 100, but I'll keep working at it.

        Insane. I doubt I could have ever done 2000, even when I was 18.

        I did my fifth set. 50 down 50 to go. I know I'm going to feel this tomorrow. I'm not even sure if I can make it. I might end up cutting down to sets of 5 or something. My last set was brutal.

                not true JJ, I built my chest up when locked up by doing 10 sets of 10 clapping push ups every morn.... when I got out I was benching 50 more lbs.... but I was young and had a lot of natural testosterone too....



                one hand pushups while dribbling a basketball at the 1:30 mark

                      I could only do 50. I didn't do any more after my last post above. I just wasn't feeling it. I didn't want to push my body, especially since I can't remember the last time I did a push up. I'd better pace myself. Sunday I'll do another 10x5=50 and see how I feel. That clicking left elbow was enough to tell me to listen to my body and give it a rest.

                      I did do a 30 mile bike ride tonight, so it's not like I'm a complete slacker or anything. Now if I could just lose another 25-50 lbs, I'd be in great shape!
