I haven't thoroughly read the study, but towards the beginning an alarm bell went off when he acknowledged that yes repeat offenders are given longer sentences, and blacks tend to be repeat offenders, but they adjusted for that, without really saying how they adjusted for it. Very strange "scientific" study from what I've read so far in that there is a lot of philosophy and not much science.

I am not saying there isn't a bias in sentencing. Maybe there is. That would far from explain the issues presented in this thread though.

And of course let's revisit an important observation that the liberals continue to avoid seeing like the dead in "The Sixth Sense". Why do blacks across the world in all kinds of environments (including those that are free and always have been absent of whites) under perform in the same areas that African Americans do, if in fact it is their history in America which is causing their under performance?

I am assuming you do not have a medical degree so you probably cannot explain why doctors fail to give black patients the same care they give white patients. The issue is not so much racist judges as racial bias. The same reason cops shoot unarmed blacks but not unarmed whites.
