Where have you seen Dec 31, 2008? I've looked in this thread and the registration thread and do not see that date.

SBR will reimburse travel expenses (up to US$300) for SBR Forum posters who either have 4,000 posts at the time of Bash registration OR who joined the forum prior to January 1st, 2008 AND have achieved a minimum of 250 posts at the time of Bash registration. This offer is limited to the first 50 qualified posters to register, SBR reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to refuse reimbursement to restricted/banned posters and to owners/employees of SBR competitors.

I've been holding pretty steady on the -42 pounds mark since last August. As for the new tattoo, I'm not sure John was very amused with the one I got last year, albeit a temp tat.

Can I assume it's OK to sign up even though I won't be able to attend the Saturday night dinner, as I'm going to be going to the Depeche Mode concert that night at Palms?

Want to do poker tourney, but it depends on timing. Gotta leave probably like around 6pm to go to the show. Should I still sign up for the poker?

Yes, it's free for the SBR invited guests such as yourself. As for the 'meet someone to invite,' I've really got no clue how to respond to that. For now we'll assume you're going to get lucky, how's that?

Go ahead and sign up, and I'll make sure to keep putting extra pressure on you to attend both events One word of advice: Don't sign up for golf and then no-show on SBR John that Saturday morning when the limo(s) arrive.

SBR is picking up the tab for Friday and Saturday night, Aug 21-22.
