I voted for neither but did give 500 dollars to kasich for his run for presidency. I bitched about it every time i seen him eating in new york. I had a stroke and am living on a disability policy that I paid for out of my pocket since 1983. Sucks from changing a life style where I paid more in taxes than most people made. I was self employed so paid both ends of social security and i maxed it for 20 years. I had a catrostopic sp health policy because before obama they didn't have to insure everyone.My visit to the hospital was over 50,000 out of pocket I love papa bush because when i was in military he gave me a raise.

After the fact checkers get done with trump then there is no way he wins.Mac there is a law on record retention. I get stuck taking that class every 2 years. The d.o.d. and most emails are 3 years. Financials are 7 years. Anything to do with clinicals or trials for new products are 35 years. They can not get her because of intent.

I'm talking about classified documents (Confidential, Secret or Top Secret) that someone like Hillary would have access to. There may or may not be a record retention for all type of documents. Example. She may receive a note with a dignitary of a foreign country with travel plans to the US for example. That information may be deemed classified because we may not want joe blow to know the whereabouts of this person while in the US. That person visits, then leaves, that note is no longer classified. It would be declassified and properly disposed.

I use to get hundreds of classified documents. This was before the Internet and then for many years after the internet. The policies changed every day so I can't say I'm up to speed with current law and I may be wrong here BUT I can admit that I improperly handled classified information just like everyone else. Please find me one person that has properly handled classified information and I will find you someone that never had access to it. The point here is that just like you said, it does not matter if she improperly mishandled it. It does not matter that she deleted, retained, showed it to her dog, what have you. Just like you said, you cannot prosecute her without showing INTENT.

I keep saying that this is a non issue. Does anyone think Clinton was trying to manipulate classified information for gain or treason? That's preposterous. She was careless just like EVERYONE that has access to classified information. It is very difficult to keep up with the rules here. Hell it is very difficult to determine what the hell is a record. If you go after Clinton, you're going to have to go after thousands of government workers as well.

Under reagan My uncle got 130 people naturalized. I would get pissed ar my uncle in 81 so I would pull the whistle (like the flintstones) and the illegals would crawl to the roof of the factory.
