NHL - Crosby. He is an all around complete player. Ovechkin can shoot/score and take dirty runs at players, but Crosby brings it all.

Great, great, great, great player - but are you joking?

Lionel Messi may quite possibly turn out to be the best, most gifted footballer to ever grace this planet.

                C. Ronaldo is a great all-round player, but time and time again he goes missing in the big games.

Doesn't matter how brittle Brady's bones are, he has 3 rings bro. I like P.Manning more but until he gets at least two rings, I have to say Brady is the best.

how bout you get manning a defense that doesnt give up a shit load of points in the clutch and get him an 0-line like bradys that allows him to sit in the pocket until a pro bowler is open and never gets hit.

just my opinion, but let them trade teams and manning wins a ring every year to bradys none. plus, no telling how long the patriots stole plays from opponents

                                            both great qbs.

just my opinion, but let them trade teams and manning wins a ring every year to bradys none. plus, no telling how long the patriots stole plays from opponents

                                                  both great qbs.
                                                  1) Manning has had just as many Pro Bowl O-line
                                                  2) Bob Sanders is universially considered a Top 5 Saftey, Dwight Freeney has racked up a sack or two in his time as well.
                                                  3) Do you really think Brady has had better recievers over the past 8 years? M.Harrison will be a 1st ballot HOF and R.Wayne is on his way. Brady won Super Bowls with a bunch of nobodys.
                                                  4) As for stealing plays......well you make a good point.

On the defensive side of the ball in Big XII alone, one could make an arguement that DT N.Suh from Nebraska, DT G.McCoy from OU, and LB T.Lewis from OU will all be drafted higher than Kindle. I would have less objection if you said Colt McCoy was the best player in the nation.

By all rights, the answer should be Kevin Martin. He won the Canadian championship the last 2 years in a row - undefeated. It's mind-boggling considering the fields.

And he won last year's world championships.

He has the talent, but Orakpo was a beast last year, which got him all the attention. Sergio will be a force in his 2nd year in Muschamps defense. Dude is one of a kind, and he will be a key in the Red River Shootout. The guy will be the main pass-rusher for TX this year, and will be a commodity come draft time. Colt, and Bradford will get all the accolades b/c they are quarterbacks in great offensive systems, but Sergio will have a banner year.

I'm a FSU fan, but they seem like they are coming back down to earth for good. Miami's/UF's resurgence, and losing key coaches has hurt them. Along with recruiting straight up THUGS, except Myron Rolle.
