Well.... my son is about to graduate from high school with a gpa over 4, editor of the newspaper, all kinds of community volunteering, mayor's youth council, etc.... if he were black he'd be getting a full ride just about anywhere.... but he is white. And he probably won't be offered much. Just because of what some white dudes did long before he was born.

Sorry, Ol-Hip, but, when the black race stops being defiant with police officers then look for very few to ever get shot. Great math there. Do you understand? It's okay for a black person to respect the law or the officer, the one who stops you for whatever reason at the time, but it 'seems,' so many black's have the mindset to defend themselves by mouthing-off,[call that extreme disrespect toward a man who put's his life on the line every frigg'in day in violent america], or by struggling with the officer or officers. Even if he might have misunderstood what he thought you may be guilty one. Calm down and get off the street-mindset that you are being singled out. If you think you are, then go to the right place and complain, but not to an officer who may see you as a treat to his life. And he packs a weapon, don't forget. Now, this message is only for the black people who possess that above mindset.

The math question: How many slain blacks, the highly publicized ones, would be alive today if they had simply respected the arresting officer's demands? Come on come all?

Now as far as starting businesses, blacks need to educate themselves and be proactive... Read business books.. Whites aren't really taught how to start businesses, I wasn't taught shiiit.. Had to figure it out on my own, save money, read books, really want it and then go out and do it on my own..

Really? Not desegregated til the 1980s hmmmmmmmmm....I'm from the South and schools were desegregated by the mid-1960s....Little Rock was desegregated (with help of the national guard in 1957)....I'd like to have seen these 1980s desegregated schools as I went to school in the 1980s and my best friend when I was a kid was black (a black raised in white neighborhoods and normal of course)....where did blacks go to write gangsta rap songs and meet other gangmembers before integration in 2010 or whenever you think they were integrated dummy?

But it was non-whites who were getting the "benefit of the doubt", while whites were seldom hired at all.

That could happen to anyone? Did you get a lawyer and take it to court? You were unjustly convicted if the only evidence was her word against yours.
