What I noticed in the hood is that black parents really fail their kids, especially the fathers.. Grand parents usually end up raising the kids because their young daughters whom got pregnant come up short and the fathers are long gone or can't even afford diapers..

If the kids are lucky and raised by the grand parents many will be raised up right and in church.. Their Grand parents do a better job the second go around raising kids as they are wiser and older.. If the kids are raised by the young irresponsible birth mother with problems then the kids end up with problems too.. No positive roll models to teach them right from wrong...

That's how the cycle of children getting into crime and gangs starts in the hood, bitches and money is what's on their mind. Not school and hard work... Oh and if a young black men or women get a felony on their record then it really becomes hard for them to get a job after that. It's then that the fast illegal buck becomes most attractive..

I don't really consider blocking people's streets, and shutting down business owners stores to be "peaceful".
