You should book it now because if you wait too long you will have to spend double that. I took that exact route at the last bash and waited too long so ended up paying for a ticket. But then I expensed it to the company so it turned out to be a win win

I'll send my wife to the salon all day, to get limbered up for me later of course, with the $500 in credits and then the 20% fee covers tip. I will confirm the 20% fee is a tip when I call and ask about the reservation credits.
