I think clock switches would not have the same effect on NBA and NHL players as the everyday person.

they are constantly flying from time zone to time zone playing at night during the week and day games on the weekend.

Cleveland has been in LA since Thursday when they played the Lakers on this floor. Then Friday night the Clips played the Knicks. So, Cleveland has been hanging out a long time whether that is good or bad???
