And i still think its not their fault if someone logs in twice with 2 windows, cause thats something you usually shouldnt do.

A+ books should be responsible for coding in fixes for people who are breaking their own TOS?

Yes, especially when it's easy to do so. If you don't want people to do it then simply code it in to your platform. That's a great way to keep people from breaking your rules, even if the rule in question is completely antiquated and absurd. That way you don't have to seem deceptive by writing it in the fine print of your TOS while allowing it to happen otherwise.

It's just as easy to write it into your software as your ToS.

Then it's something the book shouldn't allow you to do. Simple as that. VIP's software allows it to happen and therefore it should execute properly.

Kniknut“s case is not necessarily breaking this rule, because he probably used one browser and multiple windows. I do not want to live to see TOS when anybody confiscates my winnings because I am using tabbed browsing OMG. Now I have 6 windows with SBRforum - i love right click + open in a new tab. For me is absolutelly common to log somwhere multiple times. What is wrong with that? I like fcuking multiple times. I like multiple dinners. I like multiple working hours. I like multiple rest... and hell I like multiple tabs. Am I criminal?

You probably are a criminal, Lucas, but it has nothing to do with your use of multiple browser windows.

I didn't have the chance to check my wagers (was running out as I did it, took a screenshot and closed, since I've never had a problem before). I'm not saying that's an excuse--just that had no intent to freeroll the bet, and my browser activity will confirm that.

Exactly what happened. In the chaos of HTs, I prepared one bet, was undecided about it, prepared another bet a minute later when I couldn't find the first window, came back to the first bet after running a few numbers in my head, and bet it. In tabs, not separate browsers, not trying to "cheat the system" but just making use of tabs. I can honestly say I've never used tabs/multiple windows to try to get a better line, only to look at multiple games/sports simultaneously, just as many people in this thread have described.

EDIT: I reread the rule Bill quoted, and I don't think I infringed on it nor its intent--I was not using multiple browsers/logins, just opened an extra tab. Also, I wasn't using the casino nor trying to manipulate it the browser--I'm pretty sure the way it is worded that the rule is intended for hackers who are trying exploit the casino software or something, not people trying to see more lines more efficiently than their somewhat antiquated software can provide.

I appreciate those who support me. I'm hoping the board/SBR can back me on this.

Also, popping open another tab doesn't require you to log in again, so I really don't think I in any way infringed on their TOS intentionally or unintentionally (in resoponse to Yoshi and DrSlamm's comments).

Would apprciate advice/support on this issue.

I advise that you make sure you give as much information and documentation as possible to Bill. This is a serious issue and VIP will need to provide some kind of response as to why their software is functioning with this kind of flaw. Once you have that response, it should dictate your next course of action.

Thanks. I PMed Bill with my whole story and documentation I have yesterday. Hopefully there's something that can be done, I'm waiting to hear from him.
