I bet on most sports but I only bet heavily on NHL and CFL, a big bet for me is anywhere from $500 - $2500, I have bet more than $2500 a few times.


I find it interesting that while admitting you are down over your entire career you somehow consider yourself a "professional".

If you're not off of the reduced juice lineset then you're not beating the closing number on efficient markets with regularity which is pretty easy to do with the lines they offer.

I believe this applies more to other sports - like I said, I mainly bet big only on NHL and Canadian Football, I believe you guys are probably hitting their numbers on College/NFL/NBA and I only wager on those events on occasion.

i disagree. counting out scammers. the ones pretend to be a pro are usually kids. kids has less to worry about that the real pro. i doubt pros have that much fun.

I understand, but I believe I have avoided getting booted/limited at 5D because I'm constantly moving my action around between books and likely don't attract much attention from them.

5Dimes does offer some great NHL lines.

this tony guy was not being honest. he said he lowered me to 250.. no way.. it was to 50 bucks a freakin game.. NOT 250.

they booted me after a few weeks only.. but i wasn't just playing 500 a game.. at times i pounded the bet many times. i'd bet it for 500, then line would move 2 cents, i'd bet it again and each time it moved again, i was able to bet again.. so i basically bet the 500 many times at still a great price. 5 dimes was a great book and i miss it..

you think i am going to sit there and ignore a line like NYK -5.5 -101, when pinny and matchy is -5.5 -108? i cant sit there and say, no way i will lay 7 cents more to not get booted. i have to grab what i can asap cause we dont know what will happen. they could have still booted me, so why not grab what i can now..

Uhh. For less than a 1% edge? Yeah. It wouldn't be that hard. I'd much rather mask my play a little so they don't catch on nearly as quickly. I guess that's just me.
