Welcome to the forum. The +115 is the ml odds. He is picking the Padres (Peavy pitching) to win. +115 means that for every $100 you bet you win $115 if the Pads win. If they lose you lose the $100 you bet.

If it were -115 you would have to bet $115 to win $100.
