I would never hire this guy, many human resource departments do not want to hire gamblers and they are red flagged. I already think they know Bobby is a gambler. I am sure they did background checks on him.

Bobby hate to break it to you, but usually in an entry level position like this, if they don't hire you on the spot, or invite you for a 2nd interview on the spot...you didn't get the job.

bobby, don't listen to Herman, they might hire pizza delivery boys that weigh 120 on the spot, because the owner doesn't have to worry about Onner eating up his profits in the back, while waiting for orders....

you however are gonna be a true professional... Nice touch in sending the follow up email... let them know you really want this job and you are gonna give them 100% and will take is seriously
