The problem is that the sport of racing has glorified incidents like this in the past. These guys that have gone on track, throwing stuff or shaking their fists have been looked at in the wrong way.

All racing sports should have banned these actions years ago.

Drivers’ jumping out of their race cars to show their displeasure has been part of the racing culture since the beginning. Sadly, safety regulations need be in place preventing drivers from leaving their race car, unless his life is in danger.

Reports from the scene have said several people saw tony's team quickly replace the tires that ran over Ward with other tires. They also removed and tried to destroy the GO Pro Cam in Tonys car. His security team made absolutely sure to not bring out Tony until long after his car was loaded up and everything had been prepped like Tony demanded.

The guy is a killer end of story. I don't watch the sport so I have no outside opinion but these guys are deemed professional drivers, and as such are expected to be more skilled than a average person. Held to a different level as it were. I for one would attack that fact over and over to a jury. He should of at bare minimum known the high percentage of risk his actions were even if due to a lapse of judgement.

Pro Fighters, Ex Military of certain levels, and men of skilled combat training all are immediately guilty regardless of circumstance if someone is injured while in contact with them in their sphere of expertise.
