All ESPN says is that there was a pending lawsuit back in Oct.

race was under yellow caution and an entire lap later Smoke's out there blipping the throttle

now he's saying he never jammed the kid into the wall in the first place!!

Tony went into hiding and lucky for him the Ray Rice thing happened couple days later

hope the Ward family buries this polesmoker in the lawsuite
