    I used to work for Cablevision, I was a tech there, I got a call once from a woman in the Bronx telling me to hook her up with an internet connection.

    I looked at her account, she had cable TV, no internet.
    She said "I know, I used to steal the neighbors, but they put up firewalls last week, and my homework is lagging now."
