To be clear, I do not agree with the original article. I just posted it as I thought it would create interesting discussion. The user comment below it is also a message from the article comments page, not something I personally authored as poster andywend incorrectly inferred.

I might have stirred the pot a little bit with political nonsense during the election, but I am not someone that would personally sign off on something this economically irresponsible, no matter who proposed it.

CrazyLou, my mistake about assuming you wrote those comments. When I read through them the first time, my original thought was this guy really must hate America and its people. However, when I read through them a 2nd and 3rd time, I realized that those comments were accurate in just about every respect.

It never ceases to amaze me how blind and biased Obama supporters really are. In one breath, they trash Bush (and deservedly so) for the deficit explosion that occured during his adminstration and then praise Obama for passing these pork-filled stimulus packages that are GUARANTEED to do nothing but balloon the deficit far faster than Bush could have ever dreamed of.
