How in the ever flying frickety is India on the list and not Australia?! Or Venice???!!! Have you even been there SBR Forum?! Where would you put us up... in vaparettos? I don't want it in Australia as that's not what I consider a holiday but we have the Spring Carnival, the Aussie Millions for those guys who figure they can play poker, legalised gambling, legalised brothels, beaches, casinos, etc.

i get that las vegas wont be sponsored. would none of the choices be sponsored or just vegas? like would posters have to pay the hotel cost out of pocket for every location

i actually voted dr but last bash air fare wasnt taken care of by sbr. vegas is a good party town but i would rather go to the carribean being from ny its a shorter flight than vegas and has all of the same things vegas does (sports betting, table games, poker) i also think the time frame they are looking at isnt good jan 2-5 with christmas and new years right there. most people spend new years with their friends and family.

Give us a week or two to work on dates. Early Jan will probably be cost prohibitive. That is the height of high season in most of the venues under serious consideration.

After looking at the Punta Cana photos online... I was impressed. What a relaxing atmosphere. That's what I voted for. But I would be pleased with Las Vegas as well.

I've been to vegas 3 times. Twice I stayed at the Rio. Awesome hotel for the price. Each night was $59. I took the shuttle to Harrah's which was FREE every time. Drops you right in front of Caesars, Mirage... you can walk around... place sports wagers... whatever. Funding a vegas trip in my eyes is very affordable. Not to mention whatever SBR throws in as freebies... alcohol... meals... whatever.

I can understand if John doesn't want to throw a big party in Vegas. I mean... he threw one for the last bash there. I could see it getting boring for him. I just think some of the posters can get with other posters... and make more of an extravaganza in Vegas because it's like... the life of the party over there. Just can't picture the same outgoing nature anywhere else... maybe Atlantic City? But... we gamble... it's what we do... it's what SBR kind of promotes... why wouldn't it be at a casino resort?
