Agree with another poster that JJGold, you are a breath of fresh air with your posts. There is something refreshing about hearing someone talk the honest truth and not be afraid to reveal bad shit about themselves along with the good things happenning in their life.

I was married to this bitch that would road trip with me to Vegas and play PaiGow all night long. But when she wanted out she used MY gambling as an excuse. The kicker came a few years later when we emailed a few times and I find out she became a HUGE nascar fan. Crap...

Here's my trick now. My wife's family started this football prediction contest. It's all for fun, but everyone is really competitive. I convinced them to use point spreads for the college games. So now I can get excited about a game not because I have $$$ on it but because I picked it in the contest. And it gives me a reason to watch the games and follow them on the Internet. Fantasy Football is another great way to hide betting from the wife. But I certainly don't recommend it...the hiding it will cause serious ulcers...it gave me colitis.

I do not hide it at all. I do not neglect her at all either. We go out and do things but I still check scores and call in bets. It is my money and I do not hide it, if I had to hide it she wouldn't be the girl for me.
