D2D, I really respect your opinion and I've followed for quite a while, but only began posting to the forum recently. Now that you have posted this play, I am second-guessing my play. I'm on Bills +6 tonight. What are you seeing in this game? Curious to know you're angle if you don't mind sharing.

Not to answer for him, but these two teams are incredibly even in my mind. Miami has a slightly better offense, Buffalo has a slightly better defense. This will be low scoring, both teams scoring in the 14-24 range. Close game and I think that means you take the +6. I couldn't put a bet on it other than the Under but yeah, I think it will be a close one so I stayed away.

Good luck with the picks Donuts, I've been following your thread for a few days now but this is my first time posting and getting on your picks. I also like the Dolphins at -4.5, as Miami have been a pretty solid team all-around winning against Chicago by 13, Jacksonville by 13, shutting out the Chargers 37-0 and a close loss against the Lions, I see the Dolphins winning by 11. 28-17

What I'm seeing is two pretty evenly matched teams in a divisional game. While the Bills have been better in the head-to-head matchups recently, I've been a bit higher on the Dolphins this year. I'm seeing Miami without their top-5 LT which makes knock them down a couple notches. Now they have to move pieces around a weakened offensive line on a short week and they are facing a great defensive front (especially D-line) for the Bills. I don't think much of either offense, but the Dolphins have an elite pass rush and Bills have an elite run defense. I personally think that both teams will struggle to move the ball and I think this game comes down to a FG in a coin-flip game. For that reason, I am also on Bills ML +200. I see this as a 17-14 type game, but most likely I am wrong and D2D knows what the actual outcome will be - which will be different than my opinion lol.

I definitely understand that. In fact, I started typing my opinion with my request and I know this sounds absurd, but my keyboard doesn't type properly on my work computer, which I am currently on. It skips every other letter and extremely frustrating so I didn't want to put up with it. Maybe because my keyboard is wireless? I don't know. Anyone else with that problem? It's only when I'm typing on this site. Strange.

The explanation of my bet still isn't as long as I would like, but it should suffice.

I've had it hard understanding the american odds style for so long hehe...

Based on D2D's style, most of his plays are the moneyline (ML), which includes the result after overtime and shootout so they would be either 1 or 2, no X.

Occasionally, he may bet the puckline (PL), which is +/- 1.5 goals. I've only seen him do this when playing a terrible team like Buffalo because the juice might be -120 instead of the -250 you would normally see for more evenly matched teams.
