Bad trade for Texas. Too much salary for a declining player.

No offense but that fat fukk is going to melt in that sticky heat in Arlington. Great trade for Detriot. Some wheels is what they need.

Cabby back to first. Infante goes bye bye. Give Prince cash to Max and Cabby. Win all around.

It's still an upgrade for the Rangers and might wind up being a solid deal for DET. Profar will sub in for Kinsler's stats and Fielder will produce more than anything they had at 1b. I'm sure he will DH quite a bit when TEX has day games in the Summer. Tigers can dip into free agency and get someone who call fill Fatboy's stats at a fraction of the price.
Tigers next move will be the final grade on this trade. Rangers get the "big name" that will make the dumbshits around here go crazy. Guaranteed my Facebook feed will be full of BS about this today.

As was Milwaukee. If the guy said he invented the word choke artist i would believe him. His stupidity in game six i believe single handedly killed Detroit's chance at a title.

That means that Andrus is now off the market. Profar to second I assume.
Fielder will hit a ton of homeruns in that park. Divorce behind him next year. He will be ready to kill the ball.

He will do just fine. Change of scenery is exactly what he needs.

It's not like he had an awful year, people just make the mistake of thinking he's going to have more of those 45-50 HR years in him. 35-40 would be good for him next year.

Exactly. Good trade for both teams, the Rangers had to make room for Profair.

Agreed.
Texas really didn't need Ian all that bad. Profar has unlimited upside, and Elvis is too good of a SS to get rid of. Rangers ballpark is a great hitters park. I think Prince will do great here.
Good trade for all involved I think.

That contract was driving down his trade value. Better to keep him and play Profar at second. Adding that monster bat in Fielder is huge. Rangers had a deal for another first baseman, but Fielder is way better than Matt Adams.
