Pitt is medicore lol? Outside of DePaul and South Florida, the Big East is just bigger and better than the ACC.

this argument won't be settled really....
you'd have to do a round robin of every team on neutral courts to do that....
I think the top teams would be pretty even, might give the slight edge to the Big East there...
but when the tourney happens, I think ACC might make deeper runs.... i think the BE sched and style of play wears the teams down and they run out of gas down the stretch.
the head to head records mean nothing.... its always a superior team playing a bad, or mediocre team from the other conference at home usually.....

I think ACC will go deeper as well because you notice in the tournament they no longer have the Big East refs that let them bang around like they do during the season, they actually call fouls. this gets teams like Pittsburgh and UConn in foul trouble and then game over. They can't adapt to a game where they have to play it straight up and hence lose out early every year.
I also agree with archie, the games aren't a teller of the tape, I just brought it to the attention of those who run their mouths dayin and dayout about the dominance of the Big East, when there is no proof to these comments. We shall see come tournament time.Comment -
