This shows exactly how little you know about College Football. If Fresno State is the highest ranking NON-BCS team, and finishes either 12th in the BCS Poll, (something not that hard to do), or 16th in the BCS Poll and ahead of any BCS Conference Champion, they go to a BCS game. Now Fresno State has to win out, but can you name me an AAC team that will be ranked higher than 16th in the final BCS Poll? Right now, Louisville is the highest ranking AAC team at 20.

You also should look at the money that can be made fading Fresno State in a BCS Bowl game. Right now, unless three of these four teams lose (Alabama, Oregon, Florida State and Ohio State) Fresno State will end up in the Fiesta Bowl against the winner of the Big 12, probably Baylor. Can you see Baylor putting 80 up on these clowns? The easiest wager in BCS Bowl history.
