Well, I would like to know which book was it so I could warn others as well. If they refuse to accept their mistakes I would definitely not be quiet about it.

1. Hourly / half-hourly / specified time markets are settled on the quote indicated by the first print of official exchange prices after the market time has passed. For example the 11am market will be settled using the first price time stamped after 11am.

2. Where a bet is settled based on a value that is posted in error on the financial wires, paddypower.com reserve the right to resettle the bet using the correct value whenever this becomes available.

3. Official Close markets are settled on the Official Closing Price for the share index (Note: This is the official index closing auction price which is NOT necessarily the price quoted at the closing time of the financial market).

4. Trading will stop on all markets at least 5 minutes before the settlement time and 5 minutes before the official closing time for intraday Official Close markets. Any bets placed after this time will be void.

5. If any stock market that we offer prices on closes early for any reason, any bets where the settlement time has not been reached will be void.

The bet has been settled correctly. We use the official levels from Blomberg to settle this market, not yahoo. If you can provide us with evidence that the official Blomberg market was anything other than the one we have adhered to then please provide evidence of this and we will be happy to review this bet.
