I don't want to make a fuss about it but in my experience I don't think the bookie is going to change his mind, this is really a though call.
I already submitted to them all the screenshots, it took me 2 minutes and I don't want to bother too much about it, but I wanted to ask for your opinion.
I placed a few bets today on the stock-market, the last bet I placed was on the Dow Jones level at 12:10pm EST.
Here is my betting slip:

Now according to them they settled the bet on 7978

The Dow Jones graph in Yahoo is quite accurate and it shows:
12:10pm EST - 7,986.29

Try it yourself, go there and scroll with the mouse over the chart.
I also mentioned to them the graph at that time was in uptrend started around 12:08pm - 12:09pm but it's definitely above the 7980 mark (my bet!)
I assume there are 60 seconds in a minute so they probably picked a second in 12:10pm where the graph was below 7,980 but again, it's really hard to tell.
The stake was not a big amount, only £10 so ...
I'm taking it all in a good spirit.
What do you guys think?
I just did chat with the clientsupport, but I'm awaiting right now their reply, I just don't think they would change their mind.
So what's your opinion about it all?
