This is another game that I probably wont bet.

Been betting much lower profile games lately and its going extremely well.

What has FSU done that has been so impressive?

I don't question oddsmakers as they are the smartest people on the planet but I have no clue what's going on here.

I like the play on Florida State despite the game being an away game for them. They are a very balanced team with a great leader at quarterback who has played well away from home despite being a freshman. The good defense of Florida State will slow down the Clemson offense, and Florida States offense will be put many points up on the scoreboard.

Guys I think we are overlooking the public perception factor. Florida state is 4-1 ATS, Clemson is 3-3 and I believe 1-2 in Death Valley (could be wrong about that don't have time to check). I will be staying away because a) I'm a major fsu homer and b) I took a serious beating this weak as a result of me betting like a retard (I'll get into that in my thread). I will say, homer leans aside, the only game that we can compare these two teams on is Boston College. This is a particularly interesting comparison because both teams got down early to BC. It seemed to me that Jameis did a better job of sticking to his teams offensive scheme than Tajh Boyd did. Also Boston College is the second defense this year that has given Clemson trouble (NC state being the other). I cannot wait for this game!!!!

Huge FSU fan here. But I am not betting this game! If I take any action it will be the over if its reasonable. This will be a shootout. FSU still learning Pruitt's scheme and trying to replace all the personnel they lost last year. Dabo/Morris always bring out the gadgets which we always get us.

The "rookie QB on the road" argument is WAY overused. Some rookies are way ahead of others. Jameis Winston is on the upper end of rookie QBs and way more composed than a lot of the headcase older QBs starting at certain schools.

That said, this line is curious. If someone likes FSU, I suspect the line will come down and a cheaper ML would be the way to go. On the other side, it's Clemson +2.5 (+105) at pinnacle right now, and you could sell points all the way to -1 (+133), which seems like a stellar price for the situation.

I think I lean to FSU.
