Locals do have soft lines at times one of their best features

Not as many now with USA phone numbers , old schoolers still haveocal numbers or 800 USA numbers

i haven't used a local in years. still could but no reason for it
unless i went huge on one game... which, of course, is stupid.

HAVE USED A LOCAL FOR YEARS.. AFTER BLACK FRIDAY YEARS AGO, I LOST ALMOST 20K.. IN ULTIMATE BET AND FULL TILT.. AND THEN THE WHOLE BETISLANDS FIASCO JUST REASSURED ME TO NOT TRUST THE COSTA RICAN MAFIA WITH MY FUNDS..

I've used a local/agent...he booked us through www.betowi.com

I was up 20 dimes and requested a full payout, he refused and vanished.

Got booted from Betowi too, seems i wasn't the only player to get stiffed
