Braun won big here. MLB had enough to nail him big but they didn't want to bother with arbitration.

Braun knew they could've hit him with a big suspension so he gets off easy here. He's been injured on and off all season and his thumb still isn't healthy.

So instead of playing hurt for a terrible team, he gets to take a suspension now instead of a bigger one had he fought it.

And Braun would've taken a beating had arbitration dragged on. Now he gets it for a few days. It could've been worse.

didn't read this thread if anyone posted this but why won't Aaron Rodgers lose his salary this year? When this story broke... Rodgers said "I'm willing to risk my entire one year salary that Braun is innocent." Well... he's not innocent... 24 hours later Rodgers said this "It's not good to be lied to." Buddy... you just said you were willing to risk your entire salary.

WTF... now lose it. I'm tired of athletes exaggerating.
