Yeah, but after he four putted from 8 feet on Friday, you would have been ready to throw knives at him.

One rule I have in golf. Don't bet on Mickelson. He'll break your heart. As brilliant as yesterday was, there are moments (Merion), that you want to throw heavy objects at the television.

so basically they're saying that he used to be worse than he is backing up my statement that he's toned it down

but after going through that old thread it occurred to me that phil used to be hugely jealous of tiger...clearly now that isnt the case because tiger is the one who cant win and phil is on top of the world
